The little things...

I started off writing a post about my favorite tile line: Ann Sacks, but then realized that I like too many tiles to narrow it down to just a handful. Instead I am focusing on the new "Savoy" line. I am obsessed with this tile for some reason. It could be that some of the tiles look like little candies, and I was hungry at the time.


As you might know, many of Ann Sacks products can start at $50 per sqf., and go up from there (along with a 4 week production time). I love this line because it is around $10 per sqf. and ships out immediately. Here are some of my favorites. (photos taken from the Ann Sacks website)

Perfect for a backsplash, and a no-brainer to install. Don't you just want to touch it?

Like most mosaic tiles, they come pre-mounted on a 12x12 sheet for easy install.


You cant go wrong with the classic hex pattern. I am installing this in a celadon color in a kitchen next month, and will post some photos once finished.

The stack pattern. You can install it horizontally or vertically. Once again, don't you just want to touch it?

I am having this stack pattern installed in a shower/tub enclosure, in the metallic bronze finish. A really sharp look, and again, I can't wait to get some photos posted once finished.

For whatever reason, I am working on a lot of tile based projects right now (kitchens and bathrooms) and I keep coming back to these tiles. There are a lot of other great options that I will post about later, but for the price, this is a great place to start.
